Van bi inox 1PC, 2PC, 3PC là dòng van bi chế tạo từ vật liệu inox có khả năng chịu nhiệt độ và áp lực khá tốt, giá thành cũng khá là phải chăng nên được sử dụng phổ biến trong các hệ thống đường ống hiện nay.
Đặc điểm van bi inox 1PC, 2PC, 3PC
Sản phẩm van bi inox này có cấu tạo phần thân được thiết kế với hai mảnh riêng biệt chúng được ghép lại với nhau bằng bulong hoặc đai ốc. Với cấu tạo như thế, bạn có thể dễ dàng thay thế phụ kiện hay bảo dưỡng van bi inox trên các hệ thống đường ống mà không cần phải thay toàn bộ van mới nếu một phụ kiện nào đó của van bị hỏng.
Van được chế tạo bằng vật liệu inox nên có thể làm việc tốt trong nhiều loại môi trường và hệ thống khác nhau.
Cấu tạo của van bi inox
Van bi inox được cấu tạo từ 5 bộ phận chính
Thân van: được làm từ inox 304, 201, 316, đây có thể xem là bộ phận quyết định tới độ bền và khả năng vận hành của van.
Bi van: Được thiết kế theo dạng hình cầu được đục lỗ và nằm bên trong thân van. Việc đục lỗ sẽ giúp cho dòng chảy lưu thông qua van một cách mượt mà hơn.
Tay gạt: là bộ phân được được gắn trực tiếp trên phần thân van, thông qua tay gạt ta có thể đóng mở van một cách đơn giản, dễ dàng và nhanh chóng.
Gioăng làm kín: được cấu thành từ cao su tổng hợp, cho khả năng chịu mài mòn và nhiệt độ tốt. Có nhiệm vụ ngăn không cho chất lỏng lưu chảy từ đầu bên này qua đâu bên kia, khi van bi đang đóng.

Chất liệu chế tạo
Vật liệu chế tạo van là dòng inox 304, inox 201 hoặc inox 316, một chủng loại của vật liệu inox nói chung. Vật liệu inox 304 là loại vật liệu có giá thành rẻ nhất trong các loại inox, tuy vậy chất lượng của sản phẩm vẫn được đảm bảo tốt, nên loại van bi inox 304 được sử dụng nhiều hơn loại van bi 201 và 316.
Van có khả năng chống ăn mòn và chống oxy hoá cao, chống bảm bẩn bề mặt, bên cạnh đó độ bền và độ cứng của van cũng khá cao.
Phương pháp kết nối ren
Sản phẩm này sử dụng phương pháp kết nối ren thông dụng, loại kết nối thường được sử dụng trên các hệ thống đường ống có kích thước nhỏ đặc biệt là các hệ thống đường ống dân dụng.
Van bi inox nối ren có khả năng lắp đặt nhanh chóng, kiểm tra bảo dưỡng dễ dàng, phù hợp với các hệ thống không cố định và có kích thước đến DN50 để đảm bảo hiệu quả làm việc của van. Với các hệ thống có kích thước lớn hơn, chúng ta nên sử dụng các dòng van kết nối mặt bích.
Vận hành bằng tay gạt
Dạng van bi inox được điều khiển cơ học bằng tay gạt. Van bi tay gạt có giá thành rẻ, phù hợp với tất cả các hệ thống nhỏ, dễ dàng thao tác bằng tay. Khi sử dụng dòng van này, chúng ta không cần có trình độ chuyên môn cao, chỉ cần gạt tay cầm một góc 90° để đóng mở van.
